With our students all returning to school this week, getting back into good sleep habits are essential. Each night, children (5-13 years) should have 9 to 11 hours of uninterrupted sleep and young people (14-17 years) should get 8-10 hours. Good sleep is essential for healthy brain development and learning. Often our children don’t get good enough sleep which can lead to reduced capacity to do well at school. Follow the tips on the poster to help establish good sleep habits.
