School photographs provide a wonderful memory of school days for children as well as an historical record
of students who have attended Logan Reserve State School. We can all remember a time when we have
taken out our school photographs and reminisced over students who were in our class and teachers who have taught us. All class and individual photographs, student and sporting houses leaders shall be taken. Families have an opportunity to have a family portrait taken from 8:00 a.m. Parents are to go to the hall with their children at this time. Envelopes for family portraits are available at the office.
For the school photographs, children must wear their school uniform. Boys and girls must wear our school T shirt, with Year 6 students being able to wear their senior shirt. Our Prep students are to wear their colourful Prep T shirt. All students are to wear either green shorts/skorts. Netball skirts are NOT part of our uniform nor are the leggings that some girls wear. Runners (not canvas shoes) should be worn every day with white, or black socks not brightly coloured socks. The only jewellery permitted is a watch, sleepers or
plain studs. NO fancy earrings or nose rings are to be worn to school. The only exception to this is a medical bracelet or chain. Hair ties and accessories must also be in school colours. The large colourful bows that the girls have started to wear while lovely are not suitable for wearing at school.
Appropriate hairstyles too are part of our daily wearing of the uniform.
As school photos are a memory for all children must wear their uniform appropriately showing respect for themselves and others.
