Harmony Group
The Logan Reserve Harmony Group is an inclusive multi-cultural group made up of students from Year 1 to Year 6. The Harmony Group aims to build connectedness and belonging amongst our school community. Our members are developing personal and social capability and intercultural understanding through traditional song, dance and activities from our student's culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, including First Nations. By valuing the diversity of others, we are learning to respect and work in harmony with each other.
Harmony Group is two tiered.
- Harmony Performance Group meet weekly during lunch breaks and are involved in various cultural performances throughout the year. To be involved, students are required to have signed consent by a parent or guardian and consistently attend practices, uniform fittings and dress rehearsals, some of which will be during class time.
- Open Harmony lunch practices invite all students to take part in lunch breaks to learn more about our group. These students do not need parent consent.
Please note: students are not forced to perform and are able to leave the performance group at any time. Students are able to join the open lunch practices to still be involved in Harmony Group activities.

Logan Reserve SS are also hosting the ATSICHS Health Team to provide free health checks to our First Nations students and their families onsite. Through ATSICHS, Logan Reserve are able to connect our First Nations families with other wellbeing services such as the Family Wellbeing Service, Deadly Kindy (free for 3-5 year olds) and much more.
