On the bottom of your emailed invoice you will find a BPoint (secure online payment system hosted by the Commonwealth Bank) web address, click on this and it will take you directly to a payment portal which will be prefilled with your student Customer Reference Number (CRN) identifier, invoice number and amount. Complete your credit card details and submit. Your payment is automatically tagged to your student's account within our school receipting system. No wrong accounts or incorrect numbers can occur causing missing payments.
Payment by Telephone (BPoint)
Phone 1300 631 073 and quote your CRN and invoice number to make your payment with your credit card.
Both the CRN and invoice number are in the bottom left-hand corner of all invoices. If you are unable to find these numbers please email the office and we can assist.
Payment by Qkr! App
School Resources and Excursion invoices can be paid using the Qkr! app. Download the app and then follow the on-screen instructions. Instructions to setup Qkr!
Payment with Cash
Cash for all invoices is accepted at the office on TUESDAY's ONLY. Please note we do not carry change so the exact amount only can be accepted.
Payments for Tuckshop
Qkr! (mobile phone payment app by Mastercard) is the P&C's preferred method of payment for tuckshop. Payment by cash, debit or credit card is accepted at the counter.
Refunds
If you require a refund for any invoiced item you can apply for it by coming into the office and filling out a request for refund form. This form is a request only and is not an automatic guarantee that a refund shall be granted. Please read the form and sign before submitting.
The form can be obtained at the office or by emailing Admin.
You can submit the form via email but it must be signed before doing so.
QParents
QParents is a secure Education Queensland App for your smartphone which is linked to our school's OneSchool database. You can view your student's invoices and pay them immediately. It also provides information regarding upcoming excursions, absences and copies of your child's report card. Please contact the office for assistance on registration.
