All students who live in our catchment are guaranteed enrolment at Logan Reserve State School. Please call in to our Administration Office to collect an Enrolment Pack, alternatively you can download both our enrolment form and State School Media Consent Form. Students will be enrolled according to the Education Department's Enrolment Management Plan.
Each new family enrolment requires three (3) forms of Residential Identification to support your catchment address. These are rates/lease, utilities and QLD license.
An original Birth Certificate MUST BE sighted upon enrolment as per QLD Education Department protocols. If you do not have a birth certificate you will need to order one from the appropriate Births, Deaths and Marriages Registry.
Finally, should there be any visa documents - please provide.

Families residing outside of our catchment are invited to enquire about possible enrolment however LRSS is controlled by an Enrolment Management Plan and may not be eligible.
